Terms of Service
Last updated October 18, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Link.bio (“we”, “us”) about using link.bio and your Link.bio page (the “service”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your information.
Who can use Link.bio
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live. If you use Link.bio for a business, band or other organization, you confirm you’re allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.
Your account
- Give us accurate information, and keep your email address up to date.
- Keep your password secret. You’re responsible for what happens on your account.
- If you think someone else has access to your account, log out all devices from your dashboard and contact us.
Usernames
Usernames are first come, first served, and some names are reserved. Your username doesn’t give you ownership of a name or brand. We may change or reclaim a username that impersonates someone, infringes someone else’s trademark or other rights, or otherwise breaks these terms.
If you change your username or delete your account, your old username becomes free immediately and someone else can claim it, so links to your old address will stop pointing to you.
Your content
You own what you put on your page: your text, images and links. You give us permission to store, copy, display and share that content as needed to run the service, for example to show your page to visitors. This permission ends when you remove the content or delete your account, except for copies we need to keep briefly for backups or by law.
You’re responsible for your content and the links you share, and you confirm you have the right to post them.
What’s not allowed
Don’t use Link.bio to:
- break the law, or help anyone else break it;
- link to malware, phishing, scams or other deceptive pages;
- send spam, or create accounts in bulk or by automated means;
- harass, threaten or bully anyone, or promote violence or hatred against people based on who they are;
- share sexual content involving minors, or share intimate images of anyone without their consent;
- impersonate another person or organization, or mislead people about who you are;
- post content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
- interfere with the service, try to get around its security or limits, or access accounts or data that aren’t yours.
These rules cover everything on your page, including links, embedded players, pictures and the pages your links lead to.
Reports and enforcement
Anyone can report a page with the “Report this page” link at the bottom of every Link.bio page, or through our contact form. We review reports and may remove content, hide links, or suspend a page that breaks these rules. A suspended page shows as unavailable and its links stop working, but you keep your account. If you think we got it wrong, contact us and we’ll take another look.
Price
Link.bio is currently free. If we add paid features, we’ll show you the price and any extra terms before you buy anything.
Ending your account
You can stop using Link.bio at any time and delete your account yourself in your dashboard’s Settings (or ask us to by emailing support@link.bio). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people or the service at risk. Where it’s reasonable, we’ll tell you why and give you a chance to fix the problem first.
Changes to the service
We’re always working on Link.bio, so features may change, and we may add or remove some. We work hard to keep the service running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Statistics
The view and click numbers in Insights are a helpful guide, not an exact count: we leave out bots and your own visits, and some visits can’t be counted (for example when a browser blocks or pre-loads pages).
Links to other sites
Pages on Link.bio link to other websites and services. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we don’t make any promises about it beyond those written in these terms, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or lost opportunities, that come from using or being unable to use the service. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law that can’t be limited by agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top, and if the changes are significant, we’ll let you know through the site or by email before they take effect. If you keep using Link.bio after that, you accept the new terms.
